I can't recommend Camperite enough for your shopping needs. Let me share my experience: I called them up on a Tuesday around 1pm and chatted with a member of their sales team. He offered me solid advice and didn’t rush me off the line. He mentioned that if I placed my order before 2pm, it would arrive at my doorstep the next day. I mentioned I was in South Wales, and he assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. Sure enough, my order showed up Wednesday morning—talk about quick service from Colchester to South Wales! I purchased a caravan cover, and it was an absolute steal—cheapest I found on eBay. So, Camperite, keep up the great work! I truly hope your business thrives, especially during these tough times for the leisure industry. I’ll definitely be back for more, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Kudos to you!

I purchased a Kampa Store from Camperite since their price was the best I could find. The online ordering process was super quick and easy, and the store showed up the very next day, just like they said it would. After setting up the store, I noticed a minor issue with one of the zippers, so I called Camperite and sent over a couple of pictures. David from Camperite responded in under 30 minutes to let me know a replacement cover was on its way. Believe it or not, the new cover showed up in just 18 hours! I've always thought that a company's true quality shines through when they handle issues. The service I got from Camperite Leisure was top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased a kitchen cupboard, but when it showed up, I was missing a pole. I called the store to let them know about the issue, and David was fantastic. I mentioned I needed the pole by the following day, and he managed to find it and send it out for next-day delivery! Really great service, I'll definitely be back for more!

The guy on the line was super helpful. I placed my order that same evening through the website. It got shipped out before 9 in the morning the next day and showed up just a day after. Flawless experience. Definitely gonna use this service again.

Awesome company, not as widely promoted as those major retailers, but they really shine when it comes to keeping you in the loop and getting your orders out. I scored a fantastic tent for a steal and it showed up the very next day. My delivery was managed by APC Overnight, and I've had good experiences with them in the past. I'm super pleased with the quick service and will surely return when I need to refresh my camping gear. Totally recommend them!

Awesome Company with smart and friendly folks. We sent back our first order (our issue, not theirs), and they quickly refunded our cash, much appreciated. Our second order was placed late Monday night but showed up bright and early on Wednesday. I wish every company could be this quick; Millets took a whole 10 working days! You can bet they’ll be getting our next order.

We decided to go with this company, known as 'Campsite Wholesale', after checking out other suppliers. They seemed to have better prices and a more efficient service. We placed an order exceeding £300, but since it was late on Wednesday, we figured our delivery wouldn’t arrive the next day. They had our money and goods for 48 hours before our delivery showed up on Friday lunchtime in two boxes. That’s when things started to go south! The order was incomplete, even though the delivery note indicated everything was supposed to be included. When we called 'Campsite Wholesale', they told us that two parcels were left behind at the carrier's location and that they would send them over for an extra £25. I expressed my frustration since I had paid for next-day delivery, but Tom from 'Campsite Wholesale' said, "I can’t make them come any sooner, it’s unfortunate." This kind of customer service is just not acceptable, and I won’t be using them again.

Oh boy, what a poor response to my review! At no point did 'Campsite Warehouse/Camperite' let me know there were issues with their carrier once it became clear the problems were on their end. The aftercare was non-existent; it felt like once they had my cash, their responsibility vanished, and they just shifted the blame to the carrier. I had to dig all this info out myself through my talks with the carrier. Now it seems this unhappy customer has been banned from ordering from 'Campsite Warehouse'. Guess that’s how they treat folks who aren’t satisfied with their service. Cancel culture is alive and kicking in business too...

This company really knows how to deliver quickly. I placed an order on the August Bank Holiday Monday, and by Wednesday, it was already at my door, just like they said, and packed up nicely.
